Tori Vance, the former Miss Arizona Teen USA, was arrested last weekend in L.A.

The charge: Suspicion of DUI. Law enforcement sources confirm Vance, 18, was pulled over Saturday around 9:15 p.m. for making an illegal U-turn in Hollywood.

The officer approached her Mini Cooper and Tori showed signs of intoxication, so the cop asked her to get out of the car. She was given a field sobriety test.

Spoiler alert: It did not go well.

Tori Vance was subsequently arrested, taken to a nearby police station and booked for misdemeanor DUI, also known as the Amanda Bynes.

Sources say that Tori registered a blood alcohol level of just over .08, the legal limit in California. Vance has yet to comment on the incident.

The 20-year-old Miss Rhode Island won the 61st annual pageant Sunday and will go on to represent the United States in the Miss Universe pageant later this year.

She topped a field of 51 contestants on Sunday to take the title at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip to take the coveted title.

First runner-up was Miss Maryland Nana Meriwether, while second runner-up was Miss Ohio Audrey Bolte. Congratulations go out to all three lovely ladies.

There can be only one winner, though, and it was the beautiful brunette , a student at Boston University who donned a stunning purple Grecian-style gown.

Throughout the night, Culpo discussed her love of music - she played the cello for 13 years and was an avid band camper - and for quoting celebrities.

Culpo's best moment was when she explained why it would be fair if a transgender woman - like Canada's controversial Jenna Talackova - won the title:

"I do think that would be fair, but I could understand how people could be apprehensive to take that road," she said. But, "there are so many people who have a need to change for a happier life. I do accept that because I believe it's a free country."

Well said, Olivia Culpo. Well said.

Miss USA 2012 Olivia Culpo should thank Audrey Bolte.

The 23-year-old Miss Ohio was the second runner-up at last night's pageant - not a poor showing, but Bolte's title hopes were likely undone by one answer.

She was asked by judge Marilu Henner, "Do you think women are depicted in movies and TV in an accurate and positive way and please give us an example."

Miss Ohio's amazing response:

"I think it depends on the movie. I think there are some movies that depict women in a very positive role and some movies that put them in a little bit more of a negative role, but by the end of the movie they show that woman power that I know we all have."

"Such as the movie Pretty Woman."

"We had a wonderful, beautiful woman, Julia Roberts, and she was having a rough time. But you know what? She came out on top and she didn't let anyone stay in her path."

Yeah. We sort of see Audrey's point about the character's perseverance and strength, but still ... saying a hooker is a positive depiction of women on screen? Ouch.

Roberts' Vivian Ward was a likable woman, but she come out on top when a rich man hired her for sex for a week and then rescued her from a life of prostitution.

Probably not what the judges were looking for.

Olivia Culpo may have earned the title of Miss USA last night - and will go on to represent the United States in the Miss Universe pageant later this year - but Internet users are the true winners here.

That's because the bikini-clad women who took to the stage this weekend are the latest to participate in a "Call Me Maybe" lip dub, moving and shaking and pretending to sing to Carly Rae Jepsen's catchy hit.

Miss Pennsylvania USA Sheena Monnin resigned this week, calling the Miss Universe Organization "fraudulent, lacking in morals, inconsistent and trashy."

Let's start with the first part. She wrote on Facebook that a fellow contestant saw a list revealing the top five Miss USA finalists before the show took place.

The Miss Universe Organization denies this, saying in a statement:

"The Miss Universe Organization can confirm the resignation of the Pennsylvania title holder after she did not place in the Top 16 at the Miss USA pageant."

"In an email to pageant organizers, she cited the Miss Universe Organization's policy regarding transgendered contestants as the reason for her resignation."

"Today she has changed her story by publicly making false accusations claiming that the pageant was fixed, however the contestant she privately sourced as her reference has vehemently refuted her most recent claim."

"We are disappointed that she would attempt to steal the spotlight from Olivia Culpo of Rhode Island on her well-deserved Miss USA win."

Culpo, who won Sunday, was asked during the show about the inclusion of transgender contestants, which the organization permitted two months ago.

"I do think it is fair," she said. "I could understand how people could be apprehensive to take that road, but I do accept that ... I believe it's a free country."

After the organization changed its rules to allow Jenna Talackova, who was born male, to compete (for Miss Canada), Sheena Monnin was PISSED.

According to Miss Universe officials, she wrote that she refuses "to be part of a pageant system that has so far and so completely removed itself from its foundational principles as to allow and support natural born males to compete in it."

"This goes against ever moral fiber of my being. I believe in integrity, high moral character, and fair play, none of which are part of this system any longer."

NOTE: Talackova placed in the top 12 and won the Miss Congeniality award.

Monnin, meanwhile, stands by her allegation that Miss USA is rigged and that finalists like Culpo and Aubrey Bolte were pre-selected by higher-ups.

She wrote on Facebook that, when she found out that the finalists were predetermined, she "decided at that moment to distance myself from an organization who did not allow fair play and whose morals did not match my own."

She also urges fellow Miss USA contestants to come forward, "then perhaps action can be taken. As for me, I believe her words and will not encourage anyone to compete in a system that in my opinon and from what I witnessed is dishonest."

Donald Trump has announced that the Miss Universe Organization - which he owns! - plans to sue Miss Pennsylvania USA, a.k.a. Sheena Monnin.

Monnin resigned her crown Tuesday claiming Sunday’s Miss USA pageant was rigged ... and has no morals for allowing transgendered contestants.

Miss Rhode Island Olivia Culpo won Miss USA 2012, while Monnin, who did not place in the top five, said it was predetermined from the start.

Trump begs to differ and says he hopes Monnin has a good lawyer.

“We’re going to bring a lawsuit against this girl,” he told Today co-anchor Ann Curry and ABC's George Stephanopoulos in separate interviews.

“It is so ridiculous,” Trump told Curry of Monnin’s charge, noting that the voting is “supervised by Ernst and Young and everything is certified.”

“They've done an investigation. I just found out about it ... the person that supposedly showed the list totally denies that that ever took place.”

Besides, he noted later, “the organization doesn’t care who the Top 5 are, or the Top 10,” adding, “I mean, what difference does it make?”

Hard to argue with him on the latter point. You've seen one Miss USA, you've pretty much seen them all ... even if they're all smoking hot.

Anyway, Trump says Sheena Monnin is bitter because she's not it.

Monnin announced Tuesday on Facebook page she was resigning after she “witnessed another contestant who said she saw the list of the Top 5 BEFORE THE SHOW EVER STARTED proceed to call out in order who the Top 5 were."

“After it was indeed the Top 5 I knew the show must be rigged; I decided at that moment to distance myself from an organization who did not allow fair play and whose morals did not match my own,” she added.

By "morals," she means Trump's decision to change the rules and allow Jenna Talackova to compete for Miss Canada despite being born a man.

Asked his first impression of Monnin, Trump said, “I saw her and my impressions were she didn't have a chance of being in the Top 15 - not even close."

"And all this is, is a girl who went there, lost, wasn't in the 15, and she's angry at the system ... I never felt she had a chance. All this is is buyer's remorse.”

Kristen Danyal, Miss Michigan USA, is finding herself in some hot water this week after a photo of her apparently partying HARD hit the web.

But rest assured, she says she does not drink. Mmm hmm.

Despite the image below, Kristen insists that she did not have even ONE DROP of vodka during the Miss USA 2012 after party in Vegas Sunday.

She posed with the bottle, she says, but never swallowed.

The 27-year-old swears she doesn't drink whatsoever - she's not "that kind of person" - but posed for the photo above because friends goaded her into it.

Kristen told TMZ, which posted the image, "Everyone was telling me to drink and wanted me to drink, but everyone that knows me knows I don’t drink.”

Danual says friends just tried to make her laugh: “I had friends who came to watch me and other girls from previous pageants saying 'Drink! Drink!'"

"They knew I was upset about losing the pageant and tried to cheer me up."

Basically, there's no way of proving she drank it, and as Bill Clinton proved, you can make absurd excuses like this and still be revered in 15 years.

Also, Sheena Monnin is occupying all of D-Trump's wrath at the moment.

Sheena Monnin insists the Miss USA pageant is rigged, despite what Donald Trump says, and that's why she resigned as Miss Pennsylvania USA.

Monnin, who claimed the list of top five Miss USA contestants she was told before the show perfectly matched the top five, alleges a conspiracy.

Pageant co-owner Trump says he will sue for defamation, claiming the voting is closely monitored ... and no one cares who wins anyway.

Monnin is doubling down on her claim, though ... citing psychology.

"It's too coincidental for someone to be able to call out in order the top five," she said on the Today show Friday. "I know what I heard, and there is no doubt in my mind that the contestant is serious when she laid out what she saw."

Sheena Monnin claims Miss Florida - who now says she was kidding - told her she saw a list of the top five. No way was it a joke, Miss PA claims.

"I have many years of psychological training," says Monnin. "I know when someone is scared and serious. Her body language was serious."

Two points here:

1. Miss USA officials now say Miss Florida only had one name right, meaning she missed either runner-up Audrey Bolte or champ Olivia Culpo.
2. Monnin's "many years of psychological training" consists of a master's degree from the University of Phoenix. Just saying.

Karina Brez, the reigning Miss Florida title holder, is speaking out and denying the allegations lobbed by former Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin this week.

Specifically, that Brez found out Miss USA is rigged.

Monnin is now being sued by the Miss Universe Organization over her accusations, which stem from Brez's alleged discussion of seeing a list of the five finalists before last week's pageant even took place - which Brez denied.

Sheena Monnin claims Brez said she saw the list of the final five, but Miss Florida claims what she saw did not reflect the big Miss USA winner(s).

"Looking back, it's definitely a rehearsal list, because from the names that I read off that sheet, it wasn't even the top five," Brez told E! News.

The pageant's eventual winner, Olivia Culpo, wasn't even on it, she adds.

"It was nowhere close to what [Monnin] is saying, so her claims are incorrect ... I know that I made the comment out loud saying something about a rehearsal list backstage ... maybe she assumed that I said a fact, [while] I said it jokingly."

"I honestly don't even remember speaking to her ... I feel bad at how this has been handled ... [Monnin's] been taking it just way too far."

When Donald Trump seems like the voice of reason, we'd have to agree.

Former Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin may or may not be a crazy conspiracy theorist or anti-LGBT, but she's definitely one catty beauty pageant girl.

Miss Colorado and Miss South Carolina shouldn't have made the Top 16 at the Miss USA pageant, because they lacked in the face, Monnin said.

Miss USA obtained texts it claims Sheena sent to a pageant official during the competition, in which Sheena says the competition was rigged.

In them ... Sheena basically just bitches about losing to other girls.

Sheena Monnin, who resigned as Miss Pennsylvania because of this and accused Miss Universe of fraud, writes, "Colorado? South Carolina? I'm done. This is ridiculous. It's obviously rigged so the girl they want can shine."

"They kept several beautiful girls out for that reason."

Monnin also alleged that Miss Florida Karina Brez saw a list of the final five before the show even aired, an allegation Brez says is totally false.

Miss USA sources believe the texts and Brez's denials show Sheena's conspiracy theory is 100% emotionally-motivated, not based on fact.

The Miss Universe organization has filed a defamation suit.

While texts don't exactly disprove Sheena's conspiracy theory ... they definitely show how hilariously catty models/beauty queens can be.

Logan West, a 17-year old from Southington, Connecticut took home this honor on Saturday night, defeating 15 other finalists from across the nation in a ceremony held in the Bahamas.

The first Teen USA pageant winner in that state's history, West defeated runner-up Miss Michigan Courtney Pizzimenti for the title.

Perhaps sealing Logan's fortunate fate? Her response to the question of what has been her greatest accomplishment in life. The impressive response?

When West was 14, she started a program to combat bullying in school. Way to go, Logan! And congratulations to all the finalists!

Sheena Monnin, a Pennsylvania beauty queen who resigned after saying Miss USA is rigged, was ordered to pay the pageant organization $5 MILLION in damages.

Monnin, who is "shocked" by the ruling, tells the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that the "most logical course" would be to contest it, but she's considering her options.

In any case, her claims didn't pan out, and she's paying the price.

Arbitrator Theodore Katz says Monnin's allegations that finalists had been selected in advance were false, harmful and malicious and cost the pageant millions.

Specifically, a $5 million fee from a potential 2013 sponsor.

Sheena Monnin pointed to a Miss USA contract clause giving top pageant officials the power to pick the top five finalists and the winner of the annual gala. 

A company official called that a catch-all that's never been used, and Donald Trump, whose Miss Universe organization owns/runs Miss USA, hit back as well.

In one of his least ridiculous moments of the year, the Donald insisted that the process is “supervised by Ernst and Young and everything is certified.”

Miss Delaware Teen USA Melissa King has resigned her crown after an explicit movie allegedly featuring the 18-year-old beauty queen surfaced online.

Melissa King denies it's her in the sex tape footage, however the naked girl bears a striking resemblance to King ... and why resign if it's not really you?

The video, filmed in June 2012, features a girl addressing the camera and stating that she turned 18 a few months ago in March (King's birth month).

Always gotta clear that up, right?

Melissa King (or the Melissa King doppelganger) then goes on to describe what her favorite sex position is, before engaging in the act of course.

Spoiler alert: She likes being on top.

The scandal broke earlier this week when a porn website posted the sex video purportedly starring the Miss Delaware Teen USA pageant winner.

King denied it was her.

“Absolutely not. It is not,” she said declining to offer anything beyond: “There are comments saying this, however, it’s not comments that are true.”

A rep for Miss Teen USA said, "I would like to confirm the Miss Delaware Teen USA pageant has received a resignation letter from Miss King’s attorney."

King was crowned Miss Delaware Teen USA in November. A rep for the pageant says they have reached out to runner-up Hailey Lawler to replace King.

Delete that sex tape now, Hailey.

Melissa King, Miss Delaware Teen USA, has relinquished her crown amid allegations that she filmed a porn video just after her 18th birthday last year.

The story broke this week when a sex video on the "real amateur girls" website GirlsDoPorn (dot) com surfaced that allegedly starred Melissa King.

The site is very NSFW obviously, as is the video. The clip seen above is just King - or a King doppelganger - talking. No clothes are taken off here.

In the Melissa King video, she says she turned 18 three months ago - in March, her birth month - and is doing porn because she needed the money.

She then says that she participates in beauty pageants, though she doesn't reveal in which state (she also says she likes to be on top).

Crazy as it seems that a young, attractive woman with a bright future like Melissa would resort to this, she reportedly overcame a difficult background.

In a documentary about foster care in Delaware, King, having recently been crowned Miss Teen Delaware International, discusses her rise to  success.

Having been a foster kid from age 12 to age 18, King notes that depression and anxiety are common for foster children, not to mention fiscal hardship.

As Miss Delaware Teen USA, Melissa had vowed to give back and dedicate a great deal of her volunteer efforts to working with other foster children.

King initially denied it was her on the sex video.

“Absolutely not. It is not,” she said declining to offer anything beyond, “There are comments saying this, however, it’s not comments that are true.”

A rep for Miss Teen USA said, "I would like to confirm the Miss Delaware Teen USA pageant has received a resignation letter from Miss King’s attorney."

Nevertheless, reports say the pageant says they have reached out to runner-up Hailey Lawler to replace King, who will in fact hand over the tiara.

If her recent social-media activity is any indication, it would appear that King knew her past was coming back to bite her. Here's one recent Tweet:

After first denying that she had appeared in the porn video that ended her reign, former Miss Delaware Teen USA Melissa King may subtly be admitting it.

She's been re-tweeting up a storm and dropping hints to that effect.

She has not come out and said the alleged Melissa King video is her, however if you read between the lines of her Twitter feed, that's the clear implication.

One of the messages she posted: "Be strong, life has a funny way of working out. Kim K made it and now is one of the most powerful women in the US."

She also re-tweeted a message from Kim Kardashian herself.

She certainly has the opportunity to follow in Kardashian's shoes and profit handsomely from her exposure - she's been offered the title of Miss YouPorn.

We doubt that she will accept the offer of $250,000 to become the face (and body) of the porn site, but the point is that when doors close, others open.

More broadly, it looks like a subtle admission that she appeared in the porn video, and regrets it, but won't let that define her and hold her down in life.

Miss USA Nana Meriwether has a crush on Prince Harry.

The 27-year-old Maryland beauty queen admits she has a major thing for Kate Middleton's brother-in-law and Prince William's younger sibling.

"He is doing a wonderful job of representing your country here," Meriwether told Britain's Telegraph at a fundraiser honoring Prince Harry in NYC.

"I am really hoping to meet him," said Nana Meriwether, who took over as Miss USA when Olivia Culpo claimed the Miss Universe title in December.

Moakler, Finnessey, Castillo and Campanella have joined with PETA to urge the beauty pageant industry as a whole to adopt a universal no fur policy.

The former Miss USAs want pageants around the U.S. to stop awarding fur coats as prizes, as some state pageants still offer these gifts as gifts to winners.

"Kind people today are taking a stand against cruelty to animals," Moakler said. "So a fur coat is no prize for a compassionate, socially-aware woman."

"As long as I'm the director of Miss Nevada, we will never award fur coats as prizes, and I urge my fellow pageant directors to make the same pledge."

Castillo adds that she feels "blessed" to team up with her pageant sisters "to take a stand united and to tell the pageant industry not to support the fur industry."

"I've been an animal lover all my life, and the more I learned of the torture that animals go through in the name of fashion, I just think it's so unnecessary."

Miss USA 2013 will be crowned this weekend in Las Vegas, but these four have already won a second tiara in our book after posing for this ad.

Erin Brady is now Miss USA 2013! Give it up for Miss Connecticut!

The 25-year-old, from East Hampton, Conn., works as a financial accountant and recently earned a finance degree at Central Connecticut State University.

The brunette beauty, who opened up about struggling with alcoholism in her family, has said she intends to become an advocate for children of addicts.

Miss Alabama USA was first runner-up in the field of 51 Miss USA contestants, a group that became progressively smaller over the two-hour contest.

After pageant pros strut their stuff and answered questions about privacy concerns, treason, swimsuits and packing, Erin Brady came out on top.

The finalists were narrowed to a Top 6, rather than the standard Top 5, due to a rule change that let viewers Tweet their support of one of the Top 10.

That twist propelled Miss Texas going to the finals, even though she didn't get the necessary votes from the judges, but it was a moot point in the end.

Each of the final six contestants answered the "Final Question," and Brady came across the best with her answer to a question regarding DNA testing for criminals.

Brady agreed with the Supreme Court of the U.S. on the complex issue, supporting testing and sounding like she knew what she was talking about.

Before Brady won, Nana Meriwether was reigning Miss USA. She took the title when Olivia Culpo, the winner of Miss USA 2012, advanced to win Miss Universe.

Brady and Culpo, a former Miss Rhode Island, have made it two straight from tiny New England states not renowned for their beauty pageant production.

Both competitions, under the umbrella of the Miss Universe Organization, are headed up by none other than Donald Trump. As he often likes to remind us.

Olivia Culpo announced during the Miss USA 2013 festivities that the next Miss Universe competition will make its home in Moscow this November.

As for Brady, her "special talent" is cooking and she loves to bowl.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes asked:

“A recent report shows that in 40% of American families with children, women are the primary earners, yet they continue to earn less than men. What does it say about society?”

Powell's response?

“I think we can relate this back to education and how we are continuing to try to strive to ... figure out how to create jobs right now. That is the biggest problem."

"I think especially men are seen as the leaders of this, and so we need to try to figure out how to create education better so that we can solve this problem. Thank you.”

Despite not turning in her best effort there, Powell finished as third runner-up, not a bad showing out of 51 competitors at the annual event on NBC.
